• How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

                   Build the simplest solution! Although I have experience with web development, it still took me a while to understand different aspects of the store setup. It's super important to make the onboarding simple and smooth for our clients.

• What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?

                   Starting your own business is way easier now for everyone with the help from Shopify. We, as Shopifier, are doing the right thing.
